I'm a photographer...

I have been interested in imagery and the power of the photograph since I was a child looking through magazines and newspapers, but one title caught my eye and held it there...that was National Geographic. I was simply blown away by the diversity and beauty of the images laid out before me.

I joined the RAF in 1983 as a photographer and have been fortunate to have travelled extensively capturing images from all walks of life. But those early images of the Amazon, of Tibet and the remote and rugged beauty of the Sahara have always endured.

I now aim to capture the beauty, diversity and power of the natural world in and around the South-West coast and that of Dartmoor as best I can...inspired by my first exposure to those images from my childhood.
